St. Andrew's Episcopal MD's Tinoda Matsatsa and Wilsonville OR's Carter Cutting finished fourth and fifth, respectively, in the boys 800-meter at the Brooks PR Invitational, with Matsatsa running a Maryland all-time state record time of 1:48.50 and Cutting dropping under 1:50 for the first time in his career in a time of 1:48.98 at Renton Memorial Stadium in Renton.
